Senior Business Development Manager I FX & CFDs I Srilankan market

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platforms growth in the Sri Lankan market.

What will you do:

• Business Development: Drive the expansion of our trading platform in Sri Lankan by identifying and establishing relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
• Client Retention: Design and implement effective retention strategies to maintain and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing strategies for the Sri Lankan market, while analyzing market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
• Sales Performance: Oversee sales team activities and targets, contributing to overall business success and managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the region.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Forex and CFDs industry.
• Established connections with existing clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
• Comprehensive understanding of the Sri Lankan financial markets.
• Strong grasp of trading platforms and industry regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and the native language is required.
