Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Pricing Coordinator to manage product inventory, track stock movement, verify invoices, and maintain accurate pricing. This role involves working closely with the bookkeeper and liaising with suppliers while utilizing Ordoro, Xero, and Excel to streamline inventory and pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Track product movement in and out of the factory.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor competitor pricing to assist in pricing strategy.
  • Assist in setting and updating product pricing.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain updated price lists.
  • Collaborate with the bookkeeper to ensure financial accuracy in inventory records.
  • Learn and utilize Ordoro, Xero, and other inventory management platforms to optimize workflows.
