Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with "Top Workplace" employer who is looking to hire an Inbound Chat Sales Representative with German. The successful candidate will work in a project of a big name within cloud-based storage technology.

 

Position: Inbound Chat Sales Representative

Location: Remote, Republic of Ireland

Work Model: Remote, work from home from anywhere in the Republic of Ireland

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a representative for the company, promoting its products and services while fostering interest and understanding of its value proposition.
  • Clearly communicate technical and business value propositions through chat, with a focus on clarity and engagement.
  • Efficiently manage multiple web applications and chat sessions simultaneously, maintaining professionalism and promptness.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
  • Rapidly acquire and retain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum one year of direct sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience with proven track record of success preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, including outstanding telephone presence
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via chat (previous chat experience preferred)
    • Achieve established sales goals and objectives
    • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization.
