Job description

Title:  Employee Relations Specialist
Location:  100% Remote
Time Zones:  CST or EST
Type:  Contract
Duration:  3 months with an option to extend or convert based on performance and budget
Rate: $45-48/hr

Job Description:  The main function of the Employee Relations Manager is to provide support, guidance and advice to field management and employees regarding question, issues, concerns, policies and procedures all within federal, state, local, and company requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Looking for 5+ years of Employee Relations experience.
  • They need to be well-versed in employment law and ensure compliance with EEO, FMLA, and ADA.
