Job description

OnTheList is a pioneering concept of Members-Only Flash Sales, offering its members authentic and quality products with the promise of offering “the best deal in town!” – in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Korea, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand and Middle East.

We work with multiple world-renowned brands in Luxury and Fashion but also Homeware, Kitchenware, Electronics and Hospitality (Hotels & Restaurants). To cope with our large number of weekly flash sales, we are looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Executive to execute on a weekly basis the set-up of several brands.

As part of our Ecommerce Executive team, your role is to quickly execute the brand set-up, including bundle offer or GWP, while using a customer-oriented approach. If you’re after a challenge, are proactive and love luxury brands, this role might just be for you!


HIGHLIGHTS

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (MYT 0900 - 1800)

· 6 Months contract (renewable)

· Work from Home


WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

· Execute brand set up based on information provided by our Ecommerce team (product names, descriptions, SKU numbers, visuals) and ensure the content reflects correct detail and prices in a timely manner

· Update the inventory before the sale starts or during if any replenishment

· Quick revert if any missing information or question about the set-up

· Optimize the product list with adequate filtering and sorting

· Implement Bundle offers or GWP if needed

· Rectify any product or delivery information throughout the sales if needed

· Liaise with our HK Ecommerce team if any difficulty, doubt or contradictory information


WHAT IT TAKES

· Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce role

· Proficiency with Shopify and brand set-up

· Excellent Excel skills

· Verbal and Written fluency in English

· Responsive and proactive in communicating difficulties

· Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
