KittDigital is a top online tech shop based in London. We offer great products, good prices, and friendly customer service. We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce Operations and Merchandising Manager to help us improve our online store.

Job Overview:
Want to make online shopping even better? Join us! We need someone who knows how to run an online shop and can make sure our products look great online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce Strategy:
    • Help make our online store better and find new tools or tech to use.
    • Work with other teams to plan improvements to our store.
    • Stay updated on what’s new in online shopping.
  • Merchandising:
    • Make sure products on our site look good and are easy for customers to find and buy.
    • Use data to decide how to show products, offer deals, or highlight certain items.
    • Use tools like Segmentify to help with this.
  • eCommerce Operations:
    • Set up a system for how we run our online store.
    • Make sure everything works smoothly on our site.
    • Work with other teams to make improvements.
  • Shopper Experience:
    • Make shopping on our site easy and fun.
    • Work with the product team to make sure all product info is clear and correct.
    • Test different ideas to see what makes shopping better on our site.

Qualifications:

  • Experience running online stores.
  • Knowledge of the latest online shopping tools and trends.
  • Good with data and making decisions based on it.
  • Experience setting up new systems or processes.
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar.

Role Details:
You’ll work from 9:00am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday, remotely from home. We’ll discuss salary during the application process.
