Job Description for Data Entry and CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Input new contacts from conference and event attendee lists into Salesforce CRM, handling up to 1,900 new entries at a time
  • Update and clean existing contact information in the database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional networks to research and add missing email addresses for key contacts
  • Proactively identify and correct bounced or incorrect email addresses to maintain database integrity
  • Monitor and update job changes and company information as flagged by Apollo.io, keeping the database current with industry movements
  • Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure the highest level of accuracy across all CRM entries
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry and database management, with a focus on handling large volumes of information efficiently
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to navigate complex database structures
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io preferred; quick learner for new software tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of the real estate or investment industry a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative

Scope

  • Manage a database of approximately 80,000 contacts
  • Handle regular updates from conference attendee lists (up to 1,900 new contacts at a time)
  • Work independently on backend data management tasks
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of data quality standards
  • Collaborate remotely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Monday to Friday, flexible 8 hours a day
