We are seeking a Data & Analytics Technical Lead to join our growing team. As the Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you will oversee and manage data and analytics tracks and programs from design to delivery, ensuring that they align with client needs and objectives. This role involves leading a team of data and analytics professionals, mentoring them to foster high performance, and developing strategic data and analytics solutions using Salesforce's tools. The ideal individual will be a thought leader in the areas of data and analytics by conducting research, networking with other leaders, obtaining certifications, and other activities to grow their overall knowledge and capabilities and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure solutions align with best practices and client objectives
  • Manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure effective workload distribution across the team
  • Conduct performance reviews, weekly 1:1s, and career development planning for team members
  • Independently lead client-facing workshops and discussions to gather and refine business and technical requirements
  • Drive architectural discussions and develop scalable data solutions using Salesforce’s data ecosystem
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical strategies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through data transformation initiatives
  • Architect and design data solutions utilizing Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Data Cloud, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
  • Oversee the development and execution of data pipelines, ETL processes, and advanced analytics dashboards
  • Translate requirements into well-defined user stories and manage JIRA backlog effectively
  • Perform hands-on technical development as needed, including SQL, Python, and Salesforce data tools
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting rigorous quality assurance and peer reviews
  • Lead solution deployment efforts, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption
  • Present technical solutions through client demos, providing clear and actionable insights
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting, ensuring solutions meet client expectations
  • Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success of implemented solutions

  • Ideal Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years working within the Salesforce ecosystem with heavy technical exposure to Salesforce Core (Sales/Service) coupled with an emphasis on other clouds (i.e. Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud Experience Cloud)
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau and/or CRM Analytics 
  • 4+ years of Python experience in data manipulation, automation, and analytics 
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and transforming data
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and ETL for large-scale data migrations
  • Expertise in Salesforce data modeling and broader data architecture principles
  • Skilled in analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and applying predictive analytics/ML
  • Proven ability to build advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, leveraging analytics for strategic decision-making
  • Experienced in guiding enterprise clients through data transformation and adoption
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data governance best practices
  • Data Cloud/Agentforce experience is desired.
