Salary: Php 55,000.00 – Php 65,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) DEVELOPER

Your Responsibilities as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to improve data performance and processing.
• Implement and maintain ETL pipelines to streamline data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI system performance to ensure efficiency.
• Provide guidance and occasional training to team members on BI tools and best practices.

Qualifications as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:

• College graduate of any 4-year course
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Capability to train and mentor team members when necessary.
