Job Summary: 
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and selling our core products. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, manage and renew customer accounts, and identify opportunities for expansion. You will negotiate contracts, track sales activities in Salesforce, and represent the company at industry events. Staying informed on product updates and market trends, you’ll provide strategic recommendations to clients while ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Core products to accounts by building strong relationships and understanding client needs
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and referrals
  • Assist in managing and renewing customer accounts to achieve revenue and retention goals
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upgrades within core accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively engage internal teams to resolve concerns
  • Use Salesforce to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
  • Attend conferences, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company and pitch core products
  • Stay up to date with product updates and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
Key Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on outbound outreach
  • 1-3 years experience in prospect research, fundraising, or technology/Saas industries is preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential and existing clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively and learning from experienced professionals
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically for client meetings and industry events

$50,000-60,000 annually, plus commission
