Description

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Define test strategies, identify test scenarios, and ensure complete traceability with business requirements.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Lead efforts in functional, load, performance, and security testing to ensure software reliability.
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve defects while managing testing risks and issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and QA best practices.
  • Contribute to process optimization and standardization of testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years of hands-on automation experience.
  • Proven expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Extensive experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Hands-on experience in System, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, with experience in test automation strategy.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a proactive approach to quality improvement.
