Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
Define test strategies, identify test scenarios, and ensure complete traceability with business requirements.
Drive the implementation and enhancement of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Lead efforts in functional, load, performance, and security testing to ensure software reliability.
Proactively identify, track, and resolve defects while managing testing risks and issues.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and QA best practices.
Contribute to process optimization and standardization of testing methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years of hands-on automation experience.
Proven expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
Extensive experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
Strong knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Hands-on experience in System, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing.
Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, with experience in test automation strategy.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a proactive approach to quality improvement.
