Position Title: Mid Data Analyst
 
Location: Remote - LATAM
 
What you will be doing:
 
We are seeking a Location Data Business Analyst and Data Entry Specialist to support a project focused on categorizing and correcting mismatched address records within an existing dataset. This role will involve manual data entry, data validation, and the exploration of potential automation solutions to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in address normalization, geocoding, and data cleansing.
  • Analyze and categorize mismatched address records from datasets.
  • Manually enter corrected address data into designated systems following defined procedures.
  • Develop and implement data cleansing processes using fuzzy matching and other techniques.
  • Monitor and improve data quality and accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power Query for data manipulation and batch processing.
  • Collaborate with the team to explore and develop automation tools for data processing tasks.
  • Support the integration of RPA solutions with GIS systems as needed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any data discrepancies.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with geocoding, data cleansing, and address normalization.
  • Advanced accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
  • Ability to identify and resolve address discrepancies across multiple systems.
  • Knowledge of postal codes and addressing systems of the United States.
  • Intermediate experience with fuzzy matching and data cleansing techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Query, for data manipulation.
  • Intermediate understanding of batch processing of address data.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with address verification services like LightBox
  • Familiarity with GE Smallworld for GIS applications
  • Understanding of spatial analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in RPA tools for automation integration
  • Experience in using browser automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer
  • Ability to create and maintain automation scripts for data processes
