Your role will be focused on activities related to driving adoption across our firmwide technologies, with a focus on our digital workplace tools. The Digital Adoption Team works closely with programmes deploying new technologies to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of key digital tech, including Microsoft 365 apps, GenAI and more. We’re focused on the user experience and believe technology should be seamless, sleek, and easy to use.
The Digital Adoption Manager will ensure the business is getting the best ROI on the technology we’ve invested in as a firm, both current and future technologies. The Adoption Manager drives activities underpinning the firm's strategy around digital tools to achieve business outcomes and support the scale of transformation across the business.
This role also includes leadership of the Digital Ninja Programme, the largest technology champion network at KPMG. The community has over 1,000 Ninjas, and because they’re embedded in business areas, they understand how technology can be applied in the best way possible for their area.
Successful candidate will be expected to:
Support the UK firm’s digital strategy, including adoption of Microsoft Copilot, KPMG UKs GenAI tool AVA, and integration of AI into our ways of working.
Work closely with other members of the Adoption team, wider Change & Adoption team, and members of the Digital Workplace Programme. This role will ultimately report to our Head of Change and Digital Adoption.
Design Adoption strategies for new tools as well as out-of-box delivery approach for new tech; able to drive continuous improvements to ways-of-working across the business, whilst bridging technical and end-user understanding.
Integrate Digital Adoption activities into deployment planning, including design, development, and testing, as well as influence the way we communicate technology to end-users.
Use modern communication approaches to engage others and communicate easy-to-adopt tips such as through social learning and content strategies; design and contribute to campaigns.
Lead the Digital Ninja Programme; ensure the community is engaged, upskilled, and informed about tech enhancements and new features; engage with select colleagues from across the business in a peer-level forum.
Stay up to date on the latest tech advancements, use social media to recognise campaigns and propose ideas, and take initiative to research the latest updates from companies like Microsoft.
Liaise with global counterparts to understand how technology lands at other KPMG member firms; analyse and track adoption and engagement metrics.
Evaluate the benefits of new technologies for colleagues, project them into the business, and shape them into easy-to-adopt tips to encourage changes to ways of working.
