Overview
The SDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and nurturing potential customers.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage target customers through outbound calls, email outreach, Salesforce, and other sales tools.
- Assess marketing-generated inbound leads to determine fit and alignment with our solutions.
- Initiate and execute well-researched outbound campaigns to engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Secure and coordinate qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospective customers.
- Craft value-based messaging tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to drive engagement and interest.
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders and decision-makers within highly structured organizations.
- Lead qualification discussions to assess customer needs, quantify business impact, and position our solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute a strategic territory plan for engaging and converting target accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to increase awareness and attendance of virtual and in-person events (e.g. webinars, trade shows)
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, lead progress, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Attend select industry conferences and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
