Job description

The primary purpose of this position is to support the sales, gross profit, and operational reporting requirements of the Pharmacy Finance department. This will be achieved through designing reporting solutions to meet current needs and anticipating future requirements of the business. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

  • Design new automated reporting tools and improve current reporting tools for pharmacy services by working with other associates, as well as information services as needed, to help them implement and improve reporting solutions.
  • Create and manage the analytical models, including: generic profitability model, various prescription count reporting, and immunization reporting for accurate analysis of pharmacy sales and profitability reports to track and report the progress of the forecasted plan.
  • Provide ad hoc pharmacy analyses in support of management initiatives (e.g., scripts, sales, and margin).
  • Develop and manage components of the pharmacy sales and margin plan/forecast including new generics and daily scripts.

Compensation

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $74,200 - $90,000, although wages can vary based on experience and geography.
