Responsibilities

At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a Tender specialist- EMEA to support our growing Medical Device division with a focus on gynaecology and obstetric portfolio. You will be an individual contributor to our growing business in Europe. This role reports to the Director of Medical Devices EMEA.

The role is located preferable in Copenhagen Denmark, but we will be considering candidates from Paris, Rome or Frankfurt/Berlin, as the role is hybrid.

Position

In the role as Tender Specialist -EMEA, you will be responsible for identifying third party vendors, creating a database for current and upcoming tenders, ensuring close collaboration with sales, marketing and regulatory team to collect all information required to support tender submissions. You are used to proactively compiling weekly or monthly sales/ activity reports and share the insights with relevant stakeholders. Building the repository system and utilizing the various tender platforms in Europe, while liaising with sales divisions and work collaboratively to establish pricing as per company policy, is crucial for the success of the role.

You are proficient in excel and solid experience of tender platform/ local systems.

You have a detailed focus, high sense of urgency and a delicate diplomatic communication style both verbally and written. Hence a strong eye for detail and thoroughness are crucial for the success of this role, while meeting timelines.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, law or service or related
  • Knowledge of the medical device arena, preferably with a concentration in women’s healthcare
  • Comprehension of the Region’s diverse healthcare systems
  • Knowledge of public procurement and administrative law
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal day to day management
