Responsibilities for the Associate Consultant will be to have close familiarity with Supply Chain with an emphasis in either Warehousing or Manufacturing.
The Associate Consultant will fill a critical role as a technical super-user and assist with the design, configuration, testing, deployment of the software and documenting the software development life cycle as well as end-user documentation.
Responsibilities
Participate in documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
Assist in configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
Assist in functional design documentation and testing with support from Lead Consultants
Prepare procedures for users to follow during testing, document test results.
Participate in conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
Develop end-user training guides and training materials.
Provide support to end-users and super-users after go-live
Responsible for following Argano Implementation methodology; reuses all standard templates and project artifacts.
Assist in maintaining the project plan, including timelines, task breakdown structure and competing priorities for the organization’s information needs.
Maintain issue log for the project.
Education
Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with required minimum 3-5 years in systems implementation or related experience within a non-profit organization
Experience
Knowledge of D365 Finance and Supply Chain is preferred.
Knowledge of (experience with) at least one ERP platform that is used by a distribution or manufacturing company is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have two (2) to three (3) years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in supply chain related fields preferred.
