Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant IT projects while collaborating with diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Oversee the creation of project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports.
• Lead multiple projects and special assignments concurrently, effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation processes.
• Identify risks and gaps, developing mitigation strategies and escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas from project conception through implementation.
• Adapt to changes proactively and maintain strong organization and planning skills.
  
  
  

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business procedures and technical terminology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Previous roles as an Agile Coach, Subject Matter Expert, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack and Teams.
