Role Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring strategic partnerships that drive business growth. Your role involves negotiation, strategic planning, and fostering collaboration to enhance Athena’s market presence.

  • Performance & Operations Management: Optimize processes for enhanced client satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in performance management, stakeholder coordination, and talent development.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
