As a TalentNeuron Platform Expert, you will support clients in maximizing the value of the TalentNeuronproducts through expert guidance and training. Responsibilities include providing technical support to enhance platform utilization, developing and delivering training programs and creating educational resources. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training materials with stakeholder needs and continuously improving enablement strategies based on user feedback to drive product adoption, client growth, and retention. You will be a strong critical thinker, adept at problem-solving and innovative in your approach to challenges.
What You Will DoHelp clients maximizeproduct value through one-on-oneclient interactions. This ranges from advising on best practices, demo-ing new features, educating on labor market data, and understandingand addressing client pain points. Scope and deliver client specific projects including building searches, dashboards and workforce research reports thatprovideactionable insights Develop and deliver scalable training presentations, create high-quality educational resources (guides, videos, FAQs, technical materials) Gather and share feedback from client interactions to continuously improve training materials and enablement strategies. Partner with Customer Support, Customer Engagement Managers and Go-To-Market teams to ensure training and educational resources meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders Support product enablement strategies that drive product adoptionresulting in growth and client retention. Who You Are:2+ years of relevant experience is Customer Service, HR tech systems, or intern/academic experience. Intellectually curious and motivated by delivering value to clients Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex issues Strong written and verbal communication in English. German language is a bonus! Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage professionals at all levels of the HR organization and respond effectively to questions. Ability to learn new technologies and comprehend data, with an awareness of the global labor market. Highly disciplined with a self-starter mentality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable working in a remote and globally dispersed workforce, with sensitivity to different cultures and backgrounds. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications from self-directed educational programs.
