Job description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our product team.

In this role, you will work with a cross-functional teams including Product Designers, Product Managers and front-end Developers to shape the future of our web-based and mobile-based clients. You should be excellent in breaking down the complex requirements into simple actions and converting them to intuitive designs. You should be comfortable in creating UI kits for the enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Work together with other product designers to develop design patterns for web and mobile-based products maximizing aesthetic consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams to define UI requirements.
Primarily work on graphics, colors, and typography to improve user experience.
Present prototypes to stakeholders.
Validate the implementation of design.
Keep track of advancements in design technologies as well as industry trends.

Requirements

6+ years of experience working as a Product Designer or similar roles, focused on designing web and mobile interfaces.
Strong portfolio of related work (e.g. web interfaces, logos, animations, and graphics)
Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and others.
Attention to visual details along with strong design thinking and creative ideas.
Ability to create designs that not only function well but also look great.
Ability to meet deadlines working with an agile team.
Ability to work well with ambiguity or when requirements are still in flux.
A degree in design, visual arts or relevant qualification.
