The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients typically within the construction, engineering and demolition, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue. This is a 100% remote position with regular virtual team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.

• Proactively build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates using HubSpot CRM.

• Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, and leadership) to deliver the best customer experience.

• Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.

• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and retention targets.


What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B account management.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet revenue targets.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

• Previous experience in waste management, construction, logistics is a plus but not required.


Work Schedule & Environment

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Fully remote position with strategic flexibility
  • Regular virtual leadership meetings and team development sessions



Enhanced Benefits Package

  • Premium base salary of 25,000 - 30,000 ZAR upon the above experience
  • Enhanced uncapped commission structure on top of the basic
  • Strategic project bonuses
