Job description

Join the world's leading Negotiation Consultancy : The Gap Partnership!
Who are we? We are a global negotiation consultancy specializing in the development of practical and highly effective negotiation solutions and strategies. We operate in over 50 countries and work with more than 600 organizations. Our team of consultants bring real-world commercial experience from a range of industry sectors, and partner with our clients to provide best-in-class solutions to their negotiation needs.

About the Senior Consultant role
This role is an amazing opportunity to thrive in a world-class consultancy. Our Consultants deliver our renowned behavioral change workshops and consulting engagement projects to many of the world’s biggest brands and C-Suite leaders. The negotiations skills our clients develop are utilized for pricing, mergers & acquisitions, trade union disputes, stakeholder management and much more. Such is their impact; it is not unusual for our Consultants to receive feedback that they have actively changed the lives of the delegates they train and coach.

In this role, you can expect to be delivering our behavioral workshops (largely in person, which typically run over 2 to 4 days), before transitioning into consulting engagement projects, so there is a need for our Consultants to be comfortable spending 75% of their time away from home during the week and happy with travel around the region.

Key responsibilities:
  • Achieve high mastery levels in the delivery and facilitation of all our core capability development products
  • Contribute to the execution of TGP’s overall sales strategies and business plans by leading our client engagements alongside the wider Client Delivery team
  • Apply your knowledge and expertise in contributing to assets such as insights, thought leadership, and client proposals
  • Proactively use client relationships to identify, develop and win sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders across the organization by fostering collaborative ways of working, based on trust, transparency, and respect.
About you
  • Experience of working in the Pharma industry, ideally gained within consulting firms is essential for this role.
  • You'll be an expert in negotiation, with plenty of anecdotes to share
  • You have a talent for reading individuals and can flex your style for different personality types, emotional intelligence is key.
  • You have a great deal of enthusiasm and get energy from being in front of an audience. Our workshops result in long, busy but very rewarding days.
  • You are self-assured and enjoy delivering training and advisory services. You have a genuine desire to develop your clients and both support and challenge them.
  • You are commercially savvy, with a sales mindset, always looking for that new opportunity to grow your book of business.
  • You are not scared of technology or multi-tasking. You like to be in control and are highly organized.
  • You are flexible when issues occur, think on your feet and solve problems whilst keeping your cool.
We look forward to receiving your application! # bebrilliant
