National Marketing Representative-Mid Atlantic Region

Managing VA, DC, MD, PA, & MA areas

SCOPE: Responsible for developing and implementing strategies in order to achieve benchmark goals for the organization.The representative is responsible for developing and managing a given territory in effort of increasing brand awareness and driving clinically appropriate referrals to the organization.

Duties: Achieve monthly and annual referral goals in accordance to marketing goals set.

Expand upon and develop out database of qualified leads from a variety of sources including referrals, Skyland Trail internal data, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.

Maintain and build upon referral contacts to expand presence and drive referrals and resource awareness.

Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities within Salesforce keeping this current weekly.

Produce reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual review.

Coordinate educational workshops in the territory annually and exhibit at conferences representing Skyland Trail.

Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Skyland Trail values.

Effectively organize, plan and track weekly schedules for referral sources contacts.

Conduct face-to-face contacts weekly with qualified referral sources, with goals determined annually.

Maintain up to date reports on similar programs in the respective territories to including programming and pricing updates annually.

Territory includes: VA/DC/MD/MA/PA

Develop quarterly action plans for territory .

Reports to: Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience minimum in marketing or sales developing new territories, target markets and/or customer base, preferably with a psychiatric facility or medical/surgical hospital.
  • Mental Health experience preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas with references required
  • Experience with heavy phone based qualifying
  • A proven track record in prospecting, qualifying and relationship-building with new accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer degree in business, communications or marketing
  • Requires working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce CRM and Excel
  • Travel required
