Things we’re looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience:

A passion for QA, testing and increasing product quality
Strong knowledge of QA methodology (acceptance tests, performance test, etc) and tools
Experience with analyzing both functional and non-functional requirements and attributes of a system at every stage of the product life cycle
Experience with exploratory testing and being able to test with and without test cases
Familiarity with the tools that agile development and QA teams use for managing their work (Jira or similar tools)
Familiarity with automated testing or the creation of tools to assist in testing.
Ability to work closely with cross functional teams at all levels of the organization
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Post-secondary education in engineering, computer science, information systems, or other related field
Nice to have: Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, etc
Nice to have: Experience with object oriented languages
