The Role

  • We are looking for an Account Development Representative to join our growing Audience Advertising Solutions team and help drive revenue by connecting advertisers with the right audiences. If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and sales, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Sales & Account Development

  • Work directly with clients to understand their audience needs and collaborate with sales teams to tailor audience solutions, provide pricing and feasibility, and ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Support the sales process by preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, generate insertion orders, and track pipeline activity
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advertising technology to effectively communicate the value of RevOptimal’s solutions and drive new opportunities

Customer Success

  • Serve as a key support resource for clients, managing inbound requests, tracking campaign details, and ensuring smooth execution of audience solutions
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, monitoring campaign performance, and proactively identifying optimization opportunities
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive client ROI
  • Serve as a product expert, educating clients on RevOptimal’s value proposition while capturing client feedback to inform internal teams on product improvements and market needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Experience in Adtech or Advertising is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in digital advertising, data-driven marketing, and audience targeting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM management; experience with HubSpot is a plus
