Key responsabilities:

  • Provide technical support for the pharmaceutical division across multiple countries including Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop new projects with existing clients, addressing unmet technical needs.
  • Adapt proposals to meet client expectations and define products for promotion based on specific demands.
  • Coordinate projects using CRM, ensuring goals are met based on secured projects with clients and distributors.

Job description

Required Education: Pharmacy or chemistry engineering

Desirable technical experience in the pharmaceutical industry or ingredients, knowledge of manufacturing processes, product formulation and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.

Excellent interpersonal relationships and proactivity.

Self-confident, resilient, and reliable, in addition to self-discipline and excellent communication.

Ability to take initiatives and make proposals proactively. Entrepreneurial mindset.

Systematic thinking, well-organized, quick learner, results-oriented, and highly capable of meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office software.

Languages: spoken fluency and writing skills in English and Spanish (mandatory)

Main Responsibilities

Technical support for the pharmaceutical division of the company with a business orientation, covering Colombia + Mexico + Peru + Guatemala + Costa Rica.

Responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing new projects with existing clients; identifying unmet technical needs;

Understand the expectations of potential clients and how the company can offer solutions to meet them, adapting proposals, defining the products to be promoted, and studying the client’s portfolio according to specific demands;

Coordination of projects via CRM (Customer Relationship Management), with goals measured by Brazil based on the number of projects secured with clients/distributors in each territory;

Technical support and presentations to clients in Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru to present pharmaceutical portfolio, provide tailored support to customers and distributors in the territory;

Close collaboration with local distributors and Brasil team.

Salary: 3.500 USD + performance bonus, 100% remote in Colombia, Indefinite contract and travel availability
