Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth & Special Projects Lead to spearhead high-impact growth initiatives beyond core events and coaching programs. This role will focus on 3-day summits, special growth projects, and experimental initiatives that drive lead generation, audience engagement, and new revenue opportunities.
The Growth Lead will work directly with the CMO and the Event & Program Manager, ensuring that marketing strategies for summits and special projects are executed seamlessly and integrate into broader marketing efforts. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in growth marketing, digital lead generation, and multi-channel campaign execution. They must have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing high-growth initiatives, with the ability to take ownership without requiring extensive guidance.
RESPONSIBITILIES
Summit & Growth Initiative Execution
Own and execute marketing strategies for 3-day summits and other lead-generation events.
Develop and manage multi-channel promotion plans across email, paid media, organic, and partnerships to maximize registrations and engagement.
Work closely with the content, paid media, and email teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to align summit and growth campaigns with backend monetization strategies and conversion efforts.
Special Growth Projects & Campaigns
Lead marketing execution for special initiatives and non-core business projects, driving innovation and new revenue opportunities.
Develop and implement custom marketing strategies tailored to unique growth objectives.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure projects are launched smoothly and deliver strong, measurable results.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as registrations, conversions, and revenue impact.
Conduct A/B testing and refine marketing strategies to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
Leverage data-driven insights to make real-time campaign optimizations, ensuring growth initiatives deliver maximum impact.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Alignment
Work directly with the CMO and Event & Program Manager to ensure growth projects align with overall business goals.
Partner with content, paid media, sales, and creative teams to bring growth initiatives to life through cohesive marketing execution.
Ensure growth initiatives complement core marketing efforts and enhance the company's long-term strategic direction.
Key Outcomes & Success Metrics
Drive high registrations and engagement for 3-day summits and growth initiatives.
Optimize monetization pathways for special projects and lead-generation efforts.
Successfully launch and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns, ensuring they run on time and deliver strong results.
Identify and implement scalable growth strategies that can be integrated into core marketing efforts.
Maintain alignment with the CMO and marketing leadership to ensure projects support overall business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, special initiatives, or lead generation.
Proven ability to execute and manage high-impact marketing campaigns that drive registrations, engagement, and revenue.
Strong experience in multi-channel digital marketing, including email, paid media, organic, and partnerships.
Ability to execute efficiently while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all projects are executed at a high standard.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where agility is key to success.
Hands-on experience in growth-focused marketing initiatives, capable of taking ownership without requiring extensive strategic oversight.
