Responsibilities:


  • Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the insurance technology market.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of new business opportunities.
  • Implement advanced lead generation and prospecting techniques, focusing on technology and software development companies.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with insurers, TPAs, and industry service providers to understand their technology needs.
  • Present customized application development solutions, managed IT services, and data integration services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Contact and qualify potential clients, ensuring they meet the criteria to move forward in the sales process.
  • Coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team or specialized consultants.
  • Provide detailed insights on generated leads to facilitate proposal customization and sales strategies.
  • Ensure an effective transition of prospects to the sales closing team.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in insurance technology and digital transformation.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track sales performance and generate periodic reports on outreach success and sales metrics.
  • Network with potential clients and industry leaders to strengthen brand presence and expand the sales pipeline.



Requirements:


  • Proven experience in external B2B sales, preferably in insurance technology, SaaS, or IT consulting.
  • Specific experience in lead generation and prospecting for software development companies.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to independently generate and develop potential clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience in software development sales, IT outsourcing, or enterprise applications (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resilience, results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
