The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and maximize conversions for Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions, Lakeview’s Marketplace programs, and other products/services as they launch. This role requires both high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure successful campaign performance. The Senior Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, an annual bonus, medical benefits starting on day one, and a company-matched 401(k).
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote insurance lines of business as well as new partnerships and products.
Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns designed to increase conversions, customer acquisitions, and engagement.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Oversee traditional marketing strategies such as direct mail.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Track, report, and optimize marketing campaign performance, focusing on lead generation, conversion metrics, and ROI.
Develop and implement lead tracking and conversion strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with agency, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy policies, and company branding guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance, home improvement, or financial services industry.
Proven experience with both developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data analysis tools is a plus. Experience in email marketing automation systems such as Braze is highly desirable.
The ability to work in white space with a growth mindset.
Preferred Skills:
In-depth knowledge of insurance and home improvement products and industry regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Experience in customer segmentation, targeted marketing, and A/B testing.
Creative thinking and storytelling abilities to enhance brand messaging and customer engagement.
