At Qu You Will
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and design user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and use insights to inform design decisions.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system across products.
Ensure that designs align with accessibility standards and best practices.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and designing for inclusive experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
