About The Role

We are looking for an AMS Consultant to support customer processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, within a shift system. In this role, you will collaborate closely with application users and customers, ensuring smooth operations and effective issue resolution. Your responsibilities will include technical job administration, documentation maintenance, and active participation in team and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Daily tasks: working with the processes of the customer (Incident-, Problem-, Change- Management) in a shift system
  • Communication and strong cooperation with the application users and the customers
  • Daily meetings with the team, occasional meetings with the customer
  • Administration of tasks and technical jobs for the application
  • Creating and continuously maintaining the documentation


Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong English skills (mandatory) and German understanding (required).
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills.
  • Proactive, prompt, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Availability for on-call duty and night shifts (1 week of night shift every 6-8 weeks, starting 6 months after start).
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
