The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Product Marketing Manager to take CoverForce from a well-kept secret to a category-defining insurtech brand. This role is for a versatile, data-driven marketer who can own everything from brand positioning and messaging to demand generation, content marketing, and sales enablement. You’ll work directly with the CEO and sales team to attract, convert, and grow our customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
  • Product Marketing: Craft compelling messaging and positioning to showcase our unique value.
  • Content & SEO: Build a content strategy, including blog posts, case studies, and email sequences, to drive engagement.
  • Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battle cards to support the sales team.
  • Website & Conversion Optimization: Improve website performance, SEO, and landing pages for better lead conversion.
  • Brand & PR: Elevate CoverForce’s visibility through thought leadership, media placements, and partnerships.
  • Event Marketing: Lead conference and trade show strategy to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing manager role within the SaaS / Startup
  • Proficiency in CRM / Design tools (HubSpot, Figma, and Webflow, etc.)
  • A strong data-driven approach to marketing
  • Strong experience in email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability in website design and optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-driven and accustomed to the start-up environment.

CoverForce's HQ is in NYC and for this role, we prefer candidates based in NYC tri-state area.
