AI Agent Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer with expertise in multi-agent and swarm intelligence frameworks, such as CrewAI, to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize multi-agent systems and swarm intelligence models.
• Implement and integrate CrewAI and other multi-agent frameworks to create efficient, autonomous solutions.
• Develop scalable architectures for AI-powered decision-making and automation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and improve AI agents.
• Ensure robustness, adaptability, and efficiency in multi-agent environments.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to support AI-driven applications.
• Research and experiment with emerging multi-agent and swarm frameworks to improve performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in CrewAI and other multi-agent or swarm intelligence frameworks.
• Strong background in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar.
• Experience working with distributed systems, reinforcement learning, or complex adaptive systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for effective communication in a global team.
• Full-time availability in a fully remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-driven conversational agents.
• Knowledge of neurosymbolic AI or hybrid AI architectures.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with graph-based AI models and knowledge representation.
