Requirements

Who You Are

You have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to fintech roles.

You’re fluent in Russian and English, able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.

You’re highly self-organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
