Requirements

Who You Are



  • You have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to fintech roles.

  • You’re fluent in Russian and English, able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.

  • You’re highly self-organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Bonus Points If You Have



  • Experience working directly with clients to tailor recruitment strategies.

  • A strong track record in hiring fintech professionals, beyond general business roles.

  • Hands-on experience with advanced recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
