About The Opportunity
As our Regional Exam Support and Workshop Deliver Officer, you’ll coordinate exam preparation and workshop delivery regionally. Reporting to the Operations Team Leaderand working closely with the Regional Directors of Training, you’ll also collaborate closely with Medical Educators and regional teams to manage logistical aspects like venue booking, event material preparation and registrar participation to ensure high-quality program delivery.
As a Regional Exam Support and Workshop Delivery Officer, you'll:
coordinate regional exam preparation activities, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics for workshops.
collaborate with Medical Educators to develop and maintain pre-workshop information and online learning materials.
manage event invitations, registrations, and maintain accurate attendance records and event documentation.
provide on-site support for workshops and events, overseeing setup, attendee needs, and post-event closeout.
