We can offer you the following tasks

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting internal and external training sessions for customers and employees of MAN-ES. As a member of the Function Community Field Service, you will professionally share your expertise in turbomachinery through training sessions and technical support. The training sessions are conducted in English and take place either at the training center in Zurich or directly at our customers' locations. This independent role includes, among other things:

• Designing, developing, and delivering training sessions: For customers as well as technical training for Field Service Engineers (Product Center, RC, IGCs).
• Developing and conducting assessments: Practical and theoretical assessments for our Competence Management System in accordance with OPITO standards.
• Developing and constructing training models: Creating models to support training sessions.
  
  

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Technical expertise: Completed technical education in mechanical engineering. Several years of practical experience in the assembly of MAN turbomachinery.
• Team player: Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
• Solution-oriented mindset: High level of initiative, a goal- and solution-oriented approach, and a structured working method.
• Cultural openness: Open-minded towards different cultures with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Technical knowledge: Solid proficiency in MS Office.
• Language skills: Fluent in both English and German; additional foreign languages are a plus.
