ABOUT US

Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

What we are looking for

Independent coordination of IT requirements from the business units of one Division of our key customer Rheinmetall
Recording, description and initial evaluation of new IT requirements with regard to functional and non-technical requirements
Recording and description of group requirements regarding architecture, strategy, usability, interfaces and system services
Consulting with business units and networking with process and IT experts to develop and document solution approaches
Assist in the development of decision papers for senior management outlining business requirements and bringing in appropriate IT solution approaches including value added considerations
Act in an interface role between business units and international IT organization

What qualifications you should have

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business information systems or comparable training
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the sought-after field, desirably in demand management
Team and goal-oriented working style, experience in coordination and working methods within an international matrix organization
Empathy and flair for managing business needs at eyelevel
Willingness to travel on a small scale (<25%)
Good proficiency in English and German (business level), both written and spoken

What qualifications would be nice to have

Good understanding of IT architecture, data and interface modeling
SAP knowledge
Certification for business analysis and requirements development (e.g. BABOK, CBAP, CCBA)
