Your Role
Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics, Looker, CallRail, social media platforms, and other tracking tools to assess marketing performance.
Compare data against marketing schedules and advertising plans to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Compile and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
Create monthly and quarterly client reports summarizing marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.
Identify patterns in marketing data and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting across all client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven recommendations for marketing strategies.

What You Need:
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing or advertising.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, CallRail, and social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, LinkedIn
Analytics, etc.).
Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides (for presentations) and data visualization tools (Tableau,
Power BI, or similar).
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable reports.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data and anecdotal results into clear, actionable reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to identify areas for improvement in an existing results reporting structure and recommend new processes,
tactics and tools.
