Role Overview
As the Growth Chief of Staff, you will be the driving force behind our expansion strategy into the financial services market. You will develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns specifically tailored to US financial institutions. Working closely with the executive team, you will orchestrate growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and implement data-driven marketing strategies that address the unique needs of financial services clients. You must be able to:
- Develop and execute a structured, high-velocity growth strategy that balances sales-led and product-led growth.
- Leverage AI-driven marketing automation to build scalable growth systems.
- Oversee and document multiple growth experiments daily, refining tactics based on real-time data.
- Own the entire revenue funnel, optimizing everything from top-of-funnel (TOFU) acquisition to bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) conversion. This role is about driving measurable revenue growth---not just experimenting for the sake of it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy specifically for the US financial services market
- Develop deep market intelligence on financial institutions' transcription and documentation needs
- Create strategic positioning that addresses the specific pain points of investment firms, VC, PE, and hedge funds
- Build and nurture relationships with key financial services industry partners and influencers
2. AI & Automation-Driven Growth
- Implement AI-powered outreach, personalization, and workflow automation to drive efficiency.
- Optimize growth technology stack with advanced CRM, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Develop multi-channel growth strategies that integrate email, outbound, retargeting, and AI-assisted sales workflows.
3. Performance & Revenue Growth
- Own North Star revenue metrics---track, analyze, and optimize CAC, LTV, SQL conversion rates, and sales pipeline velocity.
- Oversee high-value outbound campaigns targeting C-level buyers and key enterprise accounts.
- Identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels, while systematically testing new growth opportunities.
4. Account-Based Marketing & Sales Alignment
- Orchestrate precision-targeted ABM campaigns that generate high-quality, sales-ready leads.
- Serve as the bridge between marketing and sales teams to refine lead scoring models and pipeline acceleration.
- Implement hyper-personalized outreach sequences to engage and convert high-value accounts.
5. Growth Operations & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Manage full-funnel optimization, ensuring every stage of the sales process is measured, optimized, and repeatable.
- Build and maintain structured experiment tracking, ensuring every test has clear hypotheses, execution plans, and performance metrics.
- Implement data-driven attribution models to accurately measure marketing and sales impact.
6. Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop specialized content that demonstrates expertise in financial transcription challenges
- Create case studies and success stories highlighting ROI for financial services clients
- Establish thought leadership positioning in financial documentation and transcription accuracy
- Craft messaging that addresses regulatory compliance and security concerns specific to financial institutions

Qualifications
1. Growth Leadership & Strategic Execution
- 8+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue ops.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from $0 → multi-million ARR.
- Experience at a YC startup or equivalent high-growth company.
- Mastery of ABM, sales-led growth, and product-led growth strategies.
2. Technical & AI Expertise
- Proficiency in AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, analytics tools, and workflow automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier, Clearbit, etc.).
- Experience with chatbots, personalization engines, and AI-driven outreach.
3. Experimentation & Data Mastery
- Strong experience overseeing A/B tests, funnel optimizations, and high-velocity growth experiments.
- Deep knowledge of multi-channel growth marketing---SEO, PPC, email, outbound, and content.
- Ability to analyze complex growth data and turn insights into revenue-generating actions.
4. Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with Silicon Valley growth leaders and methodologies---Andrew Chen, Sequoia, a16z, etc.
- Experience selling into technical domains like private equity, investment due diligence, and legal automation.
5. Financial Services Expertise
- Demonstrated experience marketing to or working with financial institutions (investment firms, VC, PE, hedge funds)
- Understanding of financial due diligence processes and documentation requirements
