About The Role
We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are expanding our Engineering team to take on new challenges and opportunities. As one of our early Sales Engineers, you will work closely with our Product and BD teams to align strategies, provide technical insights, and contribute to delivering impactful solutions that align with user needs and business goals. You will leverage your technical and product expertise to ensure smooth and successful engagements with enterprise users throughout the sales cycle. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of both our enterprise clients and product offerings by conducting technical discovery sessions, providing architectural recommendations, delivering compelling product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and addressing technical configuration challenges.
What You Will Do
Prepare, build, and deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to showcase our products and solutions to prospective enterprise clients.
Join the sales process as a technical expert, collaborating with the Product and BD teams to understand enterprise client needs, pain points, and requirements. Architect and provide tailored technical sales support to build confidence in our solutions.
Provide onboarding support for new enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring long-term success and loyalty.
Act as a technical advisor for enterprise clients, addressing configuration issues, managing escalations, and serving as a key point of contact for technical support.
Serve on-call for priority SLA enterprise customers, ensuring timely resolution of critical needs and escalations.
Collaborate with Product and BD teams to align sales strategies and technical solutions with client needs.
Work with the Sales and BD teams to develop and enhance internal sales tools, such as sales decks, internal sales analytics, and workflows. Continuously explore and recommend AI solutions or automation tools to improve sales efficiency and workflows.
What You Need To Succeed
3+ years of professional experience in Sales Engineering or similar technical sales roles. Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and across various functions within an organization.
Demonstrated ability to articulate business benefits, strategic value, and technical capabilities effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and presenting custom demos tailored to client needs.
Experience owning the entire lifecycle of customer engagements, including both pre-sales and post-sales activities for a range of technical solutions.
Strong technical expertise with the ability to comprehend and analyze codebases and effectively navigate complex, large-scale software development environments.
Experience conducting technical discovery and qualification with enterprise client teams to identify needs and recommend solutions.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical configuration issues, ensuring seamless client implementations and satisfaction.
Skilled in managing enterprise accounts and fostering relationships with technical teams, developers, and senior decision-makers.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
Hands-on experience with Identity, Payment systems, Web3, or blockchain-related projects, showcasing technical depth and practical knowledge.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
Educational or professional background in computer science or related technical fields.
Knowledge of identity-related technical concepts, such as OAuth, OpenID, Decentralized Identity (DID), or Verifiable Credentials (VCs).
Prior experience working remotely effectively, demonstrating strong self-management and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level sales tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms, to effectively support and optimize the sales process.
