Parakeet is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our enterprise-focused sales team. As an SDR at Parakeet, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our industry-leading GRC platform that significantly reduces the cost of compliance and risk management for enterprise businesses, especially in the Goods-Producing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Engage senior-level decision-makers at enterprise companies via outbound calls and personalized emails.
Identify qualified leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives by effectively articulating Parakeet’s unique value proposition.
Conduct strategic outreach through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and customer data in our CRM.
Qualifications
Proven success in outbound sales, particularly cold calling and email outreach.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience selling SaaS, preferably in enterprise B2B environments.
Ability to quickly grasp complex enterprise products and communicate their value succinctly.
Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for managing multiple tasks and prospects simultaneously.
Positive attitude, high energy, and strong desire to grow within an enterprise sales organization.
Willingness to work in Central Standard Time (CST) Hours
