Admin Specialist | ERP Software Experience

Location: Central Luzon

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As a Admin Specialist, You Are Responsible For

  • Provide back-office support by handling administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Manage email and phone communications, ensuring timely responses and forwarding important messages as necessary.
  • Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.
  • Update information, create appointment entries, generate reports and allocate tasks and manage workflow via various software platforms.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to follow up provision of services to the company.
  • Generate invoices.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the administrative and allied health teams

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Admin Assistant
  • Back Office, Email and Phone Support, Database Management, Creating Documents
  • Experience in MS Office (Outlook, MS Teams), Google Maps
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and Verbal

Soft Skills (If Any):

  • Excellent organizational and time/self-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
  • Tech Savvy and willing to learn to use new software
  • Stayed in one company for a long time

Nice To Have (If Any):

  • Healthcare industry experience
