As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Track and Trace: Monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries, identify potential delays, and provide proactive updates to clients.
Dispatch: Coordinate and assign shipments to carriers and drivers.
Communication: Conduct regular check-ins with drivers, carriers, and stakeholders to confirm shipment status and promptly address any issues.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges during the night shift and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
Documentation: Accurately maintain and update shipment records, including status updates and incident logs, in the system.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift reports for the day team, highlighting critical incidents and updates.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer service and US logistics operations is required.

Perks:
Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (CST), Monday to Friday or 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (Philippine Time), Monday to Friday. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
