als• Driving the performance of BDM's within assigned region through providing sales support, metrics analysis, and ongoing train
ing• Supports, advises, coaches and mentors sales team members on all aspects of their roles including internal/external resources to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and analysis of competitive informat
ion• Manages the BDMs to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed regional and corporate-set goals- working with RVP Growth on alignment of go
als• Identifies individual and team training needs to ensure sales success and professional development of team memb

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $85000 to $100,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors. These may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing th
