Our Sales Development Representatives are the first person many of our customers meet, and we are looking to add confident and personable representatives to our growing company. In this position, you will focus on outbound lead generation—proactively identifying and reaching out to new prospects, prioritizing leads, and setting up product demonstrations for potential customers.
A successful SDR will have the ability to strategically research and generate new leads through cold calls (40+ per day), networking, email, and social media. You must be comfortable and confident when speaking with decision-makers at all levels. An entrepreneurial spirit, strong organization, and resilience will be key while working in a fast-paced environment that continuously challenges you to learn and grow. Attendance at conferences and networking events across the U.S. will be required up to 10% of the time.

You have a strong understanding of our software, industry, and CRM (HubSpot).
You are consistently meeting your daily, weekly, and monthly activity levels of phone calls, emails, and scheduled demonstrations.
You effectively manage and nurture your prospect pipeline, providing a quality first-level response to potential customers.

Salary And Benefits
At GrowthZone, we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications. The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, determined based on experience, skills, and internal parity.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time team members, including medical, dental, and vision plans with company contributions to HSAs/FSAs, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Our core business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT, with managers able to approve flexible or compressed schedules to support work-life balance.
