Job Duties And Responsibilities

Gen Mobile is seeking a Lifeline Sales Operations and Implementation Analyst to join our team as we seek to build a stronger foundation for the Gen Mobile brand. The ideal candidate must have a strong blend of critical thinking and tactical, field based execution experience to support field sales teams, as well as represent the team with internal functional groups. This role will support and implement new master agency and office launches, complete sales reporting/analysis, and forecast materials needed for the sales teams. This role will coordinate with Gen Mobile cross-functional teams to develop assets for field execution and coordinate market optimization efforts. The position reports directly to the Gen Mobile Director- ACP/Lifeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team’s needs are supported while supporting the needs of cross functional teams
  • Analyze field sales activity by performing in-depth reviews of enrollment submissions to identify improvements needed in training, onboarding, systems, and/or processes and procedures
  • Coordinate with Sales Implementation Manager(s) and ACP Operations and Implementation Manager(s) supporting needs of master agency offices, attending weekly calls and, if needed, in-person meetings with master agencies and their offices
  • Oversee sales order entry and processing, building upon existing framework by identifying and implementing improvements
  • Track shipments to distributors and teams, as well as returned shipments and claims to ensure they are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Travel, as needed or directed, to examine processes and observe field sales team behaviors to improve sales, drive growth, reduce expenses, and mitigate potential agent driven issues
  • Address field concerns, issues, escalations, and inquiries; and ensure timely resolutions
  • Conduct regular project status updates, presentations, and reports to keep ACP/Lifeline Team informed about project progress, risks, and issues
  • Collaborate with multiple departments at all levels to continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, workflows, and tools to drive operational efficiency
  • Other duties as directed by the Gen Mobile Director- ACP/Lifeline and other members of Gen Mobile senior leadership team

The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford the opportunity to influence change within many aspects of the business.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and four to eight years related work experience (or equivalent combination)
  • 4+ years’ experience in a sales operations support capacity with field lifeline sales experience
  • 4+ years’ sales experience in the lifeline/ACP field

Skills And Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of lifeline/ACP products and services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of lifeline/ACP rules and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to perform analytical reviews of lifeline enrollment data
  • Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross functionally with many departments and levels within the organization
  • Experience using CRM and database systems and analytics tools (preferred)
  • Ability to travel across the country on an as needed basis
  • This position will be remote, candidates must have a dedicated work area where they can work without disruptions or interruptions
  • Candidate must be located in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware areas

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
