Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will provide impactful analysis, reports, and dashboards to the business teams. Over time the successful candidate will take primary responsibility for report maintenance and creation that support decisions impacting a multi-million-dollar ecommerce business. The ideal candidate understands how to build actionable views turning data into information and insights. In this role, you will work closely with other internal SMEs while advancing the organizational maturity in data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide business with data-driven, actionable insights
Create data flows to sufficiently capture business requirements
Uses PowerBI to produce data visualizations for business unit dashboard and metric reporting
Troubleshoots and analyzes data
Uses knowledge of SQL and experience in query creation to pull/update data and design and implement new queries
Logically connect to disparate data sources including Adwords, Google Analytics 4, Big Query, Azure Data Factory, Salesforce, and Netsuite

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer science, finance, economics, data science or equivalent degree paths
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in creating reports and dashboards
Expert knowledge of SQL and ability to create and run scripts and queries (2 – 3 years)
Experience with Power BI development (2 – 3 years)
Works well in a team environment and has experience identifying business requirements and suggesting solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Acumen and experience with various types of business analysis
Experience communicating with multiple levels of leadership
