About The Role

  • Focus on system testing within Integrated Eligibility projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing of Eligibility and Interfaces modules.
  • Support the development and execution of end-to-end testing strategies.
  • Analyze and define lifecycle stages, including case and claim lifecycles.
  • Identify common issues and provide insights to enhance the quality of the system.

What You'll Do

  • Define and test Integrated Eligibility systems, programs, and data conversion processes.
  • Perform end-to-end testing across the Eligibility and Interfaces modules.
  • Manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and resolved.
  • Define testing strategies, goals, and deliverables to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and validate test results and system functionality.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of system testing experience in Integrated Eligibility projects.
  • Strong understanding of Eligibility and Interfaces modules, with end-to-end testing experience.
  • Proficiency in defining system processes, including case/claim lifecycles and converted data.
  • 5+ years of overall testing experience with a focus on manual testing and quality assurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing processes, defect management, and testing deliverables.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

50 - 60 USD per hour (Remote)
