The compensation offered for this position starts at $18.00+ per hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Summary

The Technical Support Representative provides technical assistance and support for industry-related internal or third-party products, software, and systems; resolves tickets in a timely manner responding to staff and client-generated technical requests or problems by troubleshooting technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday with scheduled work hours from 11:30am - 8:00pm EST (shift 2), with a 30-minute lunch break. This position will be fully remote.

Work equipment is provided.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls and email requests while meeting company service level expectations.
  • Follow all workflows and document all actions in proprietary system.
  • Answer incoming phone calls within 3 rings.
  • Correspond with clients and team members via multiple online chats and email groups.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Participate in skills training as needed.
  • Adhere to and maintains compliance with all Federal and state regulations, and Xactus policies and procedures.
